Manages all incoming hospital calls efficiently and courteously. Directs calls to appropriate departments or individuals. Handles overhead paging for codes and general announcements. Provides exceptional customer service to all callers and visitors. Maintains accurate call logs and records. Monitors and reports any issues with the communication system. Assists with training new employees on PBX operations. Ensures timely and accurate relay of messages. Troubleshoots basic technical issues related to the PBX console. Communicates effectively with hospital staff and departments. Other duties as assigned. Adheres to hospital policies and procedures.

Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Internet skills. [Required]
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365. [Required]
Ability to deal effectively with the public. [Required]
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. [Required]
Ability and willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays etc. [Required]
Ability and willingness to adapt to change. [Required]
Strong writing and editorial skills. [Required]
Working knowledge of graphic design principles and InDesign. [Required]
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), flexibility and adaptability to change. [Required]
Moderate travel required. [Required]

Effective Multi-tasking skills [Preferred]
Understanding of Photoshop [Preferred]

High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

2+ experience in a hospital setting. [Required]
