Schedule:

• Registers patients for services while ensuring accurate demographic and insurance information and minimizing duplicate medical records.
• Contacts insurance companies to verify eligibility, benefits, and obtain pre-authorizations within established timeframes.
• Creates accurate estimates for patient financial responsibility and collects payments or establishes payment plans.
• Performs Medicare compliance reviews and issues Advance Beneficiary Notices of Noncoverage (ABNs) as needed.
• Provides excellent customer service by managing communication between patients, insurance representatives, and clinical departments while documenting all interactions accurately.
