• Coordinates and supports all aspects of assigned projects, events, or programs.

• Schedules and organizes meetings, appointments, and events as required.

• Communicates with the department leader, team members, and stakeholders to clearly understand project requirements and expectations.

• Prepares and distributes project-related materials, documents, and reports.

• Tracks project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

• Assists in budget planning and monitoring for assigned projects.

• Supports maintaining and enhancing the department’s SharePoint site, including content, access, design, and documents.

• Associate [Required]

• 2+ years of related experience in healthcare or business [Required]

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:

• Associate degree [Required] OR 2+ years of relevant work experience [Required]
