• Oversees daily foodservice operations across café, patient services, and sanitation areas to ensure timely meal delivery, quality service, and clean environments.
• Assists with food and beverage preparation, cold prep, tray assembly, and patient meal delivery while adapting to changing operational needs.
• Maintains sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards by organizing work areas and ensuring compliance with health and foodservice regulations.
• Engages with patients and café customers through rounding, addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and promoting satisfaction with food quality and service.
• Supports team operations through effective communication with leadership, onboarding assistance, and fostering a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

• Requires basic math skills. Required
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English. Required

• High School Grad or Equiv Required

• Previous food service experience Preferred

• Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) Preferred
