• Prepares, monitors, and manages operational and capital budgets, applying key financial concepts to decision-making.

• Educates staff in performance improvement activities, coaching them for enhanced problem-solving and critical thinking.

• Recruits, selects, and hires effective staff, identifying and filling gaps in unit skills and knowledge. Performs other duties as assigned.

• Proven success in positively impacting departmental metrics. [Required]

• Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]

• Master's [Preferred]

• 1+ healthcare leadership [Required]

• 3+ healthcare leadership [Preferred]

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]

• Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) [Preferred]

• Certified Post-Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) [Preferred]

• Certified Ambulatory Peri-Anesthesia Nurse (CAPA) [Preferred]

• Trauma Nurse Course Certified (TNCC) [Preferred]

• Certified Registered Nurse First Assist (CRNFA) [Preferred]
