• Coordinates drivers according to customer requests and in compliance with company rules.
• Communicates with customers to determine driver demand and driving schedules.
• Notifies drivers of assignments and enters assignment data into a computer database.
• Monitors driver performance and adherence to schedules.
• Resolves any issues or conflicts that arise during driver assignments.
• Maintains accurate records of driver assignments and schedules.
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of common procedures used to gain operational efficiency [Required]
• Ability to work individually and meet the timelines [Required]
• Ability to perform a variety of duties without loss of efficiency or composure [Required]
• Must possess a valid driver's license [Required]
• Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time [Required]
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word [Required]
• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]
• Ability to data input information in a timely manner [Required]
• Functions independently using effective written and verbal communications [Required]
• Able to work well with others, using tact and diplomacy [Required]
• Accepts direction and responds to the ever-changing matrix of needs [Required]
• Uses discretion when discussing confidential issues [Required]

• Associate [Preferred]
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

• 1+ technical [Preferred]

• Driver's License (DL) [Preferred]
