• Oversees staff performance and manages staffing, hiring, orientation, and disciplinary processes.

• Demonstrates computer proficiency; Cerner medical record experience preferred.
• Maintains clinical competencies and provides bedside assistance as needed.
• Collaborates with leadership and staff to establish and refine goals aligned with the organization’s mission and objectives.
• Considers the needs of all populations served when developing goals and initiatives.
• Empowers and supports staff participation in educational opportunities, career growth, and professional development.

  Education:
  • Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]
  • Master's of Nursing [Preferred]
  
  Field of Study:
  • in Cardiovascular Technology, Emergency Medical Services, Nursing, Radiologic Technology or Respiratory Therapy
  
  Work Experience:
  • 1+ critical care, emergency experience [Required]
  • 1+ years related experience [Required]
  • 2+ leadership experience [Preferred]
  • 2+ years related experience [Preferred]

  • Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
  • Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) [Required]

  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) [Required]
  • Trauma Nurse Course Certified (TNCC) [Preferred]
  • Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) [Preferred]
