Reconciles and validates financial and statistical data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Analyzes financial and statistical data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Prepares detailed financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders. Develops and manages the annual budget, collaborating with department directors to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Evaluates profitability by analyzing reimbursement rates from insurance payers and other revenue sources. Provides timely and relevant financial information to support decision-making processes. Conducts research and collects data to support financial analysis and reporting. Utilizes financial modeling and forecasting techniques to predict future financial performance. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive financial analysis and reporting. Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting. Serves as a liaison to department directors, providing guidance and support on financial matters. Other duties as assigned.

Strong analytical and mathematical abilities [Required]
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint [Required]
Ability to deal with data that is of a sensitive and confidential nature [Required]
Strong emphasis on organizational skills and strong attention to detail [Required]
Able to take initiative to solve issues [Required]
Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]
Strong analytical and presentation skills [Preferred]
Knowledge of healthcare environment [Preferred]

Bachelor's [Required]

in Accounting or Finance

2+ of related experience [Required]
Home Health experience [Preferred]
