What We Offer
~1 min readDrafts, edits, and reviews employment agreements, professional services agreements, amendments, letters of intent, medical director agreements, call agreements, administrative services agreements, memoranda, and/or documents for attorneys and internal stakeholders. Receives edits, business terms, and proposed redlined changes to documents, including negotiating with third parties and internal clients. Communicates with regional/divisional executives, physicians, lawyers, and other stakeholders regarding status of legal negotiations and/or documents. Redlines and tracks changes to documents, creates comparison documents, and prepares execution- ready documents. Reviews federal and state regulations/statutes related to healthcare, federal contracting, and grants in the healthcare sector to monitor changes and assist with compliance to those changes. Develops and maintains strategic relationships with colleagues and executives. Maintains reports on physician and provider contracting, including but not limited to employment agreements and medical directorships. Adheres to federal, state and local regulations (including HIPAA) as they pertain to assigned tasks. Maintains or exceeds legal standards and departmental requirements as they pertain to assigned tasks. Ensures all correspondence and documents have a professional appearance and are organized in a clear, concise and professional manner with correct grammar, punctuation and spelling. Understands the corporate compliance review workflow; software program(s); where documents reside in the contract management system; and the life cycle of contract initiation, development, completion, and execution. Takes initiative and implements performance improvement ideas and initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned.

AdventHealth, a mission-driven healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our growing healthcare immigration team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience preparing and drafting employment-based immigration applications for healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, in a high-volume environment.
This role requires a highly motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can manage multiple complex cases simultaneously without compromising accuracy or attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting Schedule A I-140, H-1B, J-1 waivers, TN, and employment-based permanent residence applications, maintaining case deadlines, and collaborating closely with attorneys, human resources, providers, and business stakeholders to support critical workforce needs.
- Bachelors [Required]
- In Legal Studies or related field
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
- Bachelor's degree AND 0+ years of experience OR
- Associates degree AND 2+ years of experience OR
- High School Grad or Equivalent AND 4+ years of related experience
