Shift:

PRN, will float between BHAC, IOP, OP clinic, BHU

Variable hours available for pickup

• Coordinates and arranges community access to the Behavioral Health programs and provides initial contact for individuals seeking psychiatric and/or substance abuse assistance.
• Provides and fosters high-quality service through positive interpersonal relations and effective communication skills.
• Follows HIPAA guidelines and adheres to confidentiality, especially on patient privacy and departmental issues.
• Incorporates patient, physician, and customer needs and concerns into decision-making and demonstrate appropriate decision-making skills based on clinical need, crisis level, and safety.
• Functions independently and consults clinicians or supervisors when decisions are beyond the position's scope of practice.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent interpersonal skills and de-escalation skills in customer service matters [Required]
• Ability to document accurately [Required]
• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]

• Bachelor's [Required]
