Schedule:

• Welcomes patients appropriately, accurately updates, verifies, and enters patient information including insurance, billing, and demographics, and processes/scans all forms into appropriate systems.
• Maintains effective operational flow by communicating patients’ status to appropriate team members and keeping patients apprised.
• Communicates in a cordial, professional manner with patients via phone and in person to meet their needs as soon as possible.
• Provides education to patients regarding test locations, patient portal use, and follow-up non-clinical actions.
• Requests co-pays and/or outstanding balances at the time of check-in respectfully but firmly.
