• Delivers safe, compassionate patient care by assisting licensed nurses, accurately obtaining/documenting vital signs, and responding appropriately within scope during clinical emergencies.
• Maintains accurate documentation and communicates effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care.
• Adheres to clinical policies, quality standards, CDC isolation guidelines, PPE requirements, hand hygiene practices, and patient safety protocols.
• Supports a clean, safe, and efficient care environment while performing point-of-care testing (as applicable) and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrates professionalism through continuous learning, accountability, teamwork, and by exemplifying AdventHealth's core values: Keep Me Safe, Make It Easy, Love Me, and Own It.
