• Thorough knowledge of policies and procedures both organizational and departmental. [Preferred]
• Regulatory standards (TJC, OSHA, NPSG) [Preferred]
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills [Preferred]
• Clear and effective verbal and written communications [Preferred]
• Clinical excellence [Preferred]

• Associate [Preferred]
• Graduate of an accredited School of Surgical Technology Program or Military Training Program in Surgical Technology [Required]

• Surgical Technology

• 1+ experience as a surgical technologist in an operating room [Required]

• N/A

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
