Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Designs and oversees administrative tasks related to learning management systems, including reporting, tracking compliance, communicating deficiencies, and tracking class completion.

• Aggregates and screens facilitator, registration, and report information, referring specific points of concern to the professional development practitioner as needed.

• Suggests technology resources or processes to enhance provider and learner effectiveness and streamline compliance reporting.

• Coordinates orientation and onboarding activities, including new hire calendars, scheduling emails, and providing orientation resources.

• Actively manages data analysis through the development of formulas, simple statistics, and graphs to evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.

• Develops tools to support the NPD process, such as surveys and QR codes.

• Associate [Required]

• Bachelor's [Preferred]

• 2+ relevant experience in the medical field [Required]
