• Location: Kissimmee (2400 N. Orange Blossom Trail, #201, Kissimmee, FL 34744). May be required to be float for Partin facility (2488 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Ste 103, Kissimmee, FL 34744), Celebration Plaza (5840 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, FL 34746) and Lake Nona Eagle Creek (13887 Narcoossee Road, Suite 205, Orlando, FL 32832) when referrals at Kissimmee are low.
• Schedule: Monday -Thursday 10am - 7pm  Friday 9am - 6pm
• The anticipated minimum pay rate for this position is $25/hour.
• Implements individualized treatment plans based on physical therapy evaluations and through consideration of practice standards, recommended techniques, insurance guidelines, and patient needs.
• Modifies treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments in consultation with physical therapist. Collects patient data and communicates with the physical therapists regarding discharge recommendations when maximum benefit has been achieved.
• Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures, and other extensions of clinical expertise to the community.
• Oversees the care provided by rehabilitation aides according to established regulations and practice standards, and may involve coordinating activities of rehabilitation aides, students, and other support personnel.
• Identifies the need for patient and caregiver education, utilizing opportunities for teaching and documenting understanding as appropriate. Participates in practice changes resulting from performance improvement activities and supports departmental quality standards and initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
