- Participates in direct patient care across geriatric, adult, adolescent, and pediatric populations, analyzing and interpreting patient-specific information to assess and reassess individual nursing care plans.
- Demonstrates critical thinking skills when interpreting changes in patients' immediate post-operative conditions.
- Communicates patient information to all appropriate caregivers to ensure effective continuum of care.
- Manages and interprets all patient monitoring devices in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) environment competently.
- Provides accurate, timely documentation, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver competent, effective, cost-efficient patient care.
- Participates in the revision and review of unit-specific policies and procedures, actively engaging in unit goals and performance improvement.
- Maintains appropriate infection control measures and ensures a safe patient environment.
- Assists in the care and maintenance of equipment and stocks the unit with supplies.

1+ years critical care acute hospital experience [Preferred]
1+ years post anesthesia experience [Preferred]
1+ years experience as a Registered Nurse in a PACU or critical care setting [Preferred]
