Post Exposure Licensed Practical Nurse PRN

Works as a Per Diem employee on an on-call schedule, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Travels to various client locations to provide treatment for exposures, including patient counseling, blood draws, and medication administration when indicated. Follows policies and procedures to reduce risk. Functions within a team while remaining confident when working independently. Interacts professionally with all clients and co-workers. Accurately documents in electronic medical records (EMR) in a timely manner. Supports the department in assisting with the operation of the Post Exposure Nurse (PEN) Program. Other duties as assigned.

• Technical/Vocational School [Required]

• LPN

• Occupational and/or employee health experience [Preferred]
• HIV Counseling. [Preferred]

• N/A

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) [Required]
• Driver's License (DL) [Required]
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) [Preferred]
• National Notary Association Notary Public (NNANP) [Preferred]

Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
