• Communicates clearly and concisely with coworkers, patients, and physicians.
• Demonstrates and conveys a favorable image of the Medical Center and cooperates in a team atmosphere.
• Consistently works to stay up to date on referral orders to achieve the standard of care.
• Incorporates patient, physician, and customer needs into decision-making and organizational actions.
• Answers phone calls promptly, assists patients with questions, and schedules procedures as needed.
