Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 10 years of acute care clinical nursing experience.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Care Management, Case Management, Utilization Review, Care Coordination, Social Services, or a related field.
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the MidAmerica Region.

Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related healthcare field.

Leadership experience in a multi-hospital health system.

Knowledge of Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), ICD-10 coding principles, InterQual and/or Milliman criteria.
