AHMG Cardiology at Orlando

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Assists cardiologists and APPs with in-office procedures and ancillary clinics.
Performs general nursing activities to ensure quality patient care.
Reads and interprets electrocardiograms accurately.
Interrogates and adjusts pacemaker and defibrillator devices in collaboration with cardiologists.
Uses proper injection techniques and maintains sterile procedures.
Provides post-procedural follow-up care to patients.
Interprets and adjusts anticoagulation therapy under cardiologist guidance.
Prepares equipment and aids physicians during patient treatment and examinations.
Maintains medical supplies and medication counts, ensuring proper inventory control.
Ensures medication safety by monitoring storage conditions and expiration dates.
Performs minor procedures independently under the direction of cardiologists.
Supervises various stress tests, including nuclear, treadmill, and chemical stress tests.
