• Operate, clean, and sanitize industrial dish machines, three-compartment sinks, and other heavy-duty equipment in compliance with FDA Food Code and HACCP standards.
• Use industrial-strength chemicals, cleaning supplies, and equipment safely and effectively, following all instructions and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of proper handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all assigned areas—including production zones, dish rooms, storage areas, and loading docks—ensuring a safe and sanitary environment.
• Unload, inspect, and store food production stock orders; manage trash and recycling removal efficiently, ensuring proper sorting and secure handling.
• Communicate equipment or process issues promptly to supervisors, support team productivity, and contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives.

• High School Grad or Equiv [Preferred]

• 2+ high volume food service facility [Preferred]

• 2+ sanitation and/or food service [Required]

• Food Safety Handler Certificate preferred or as required by state

• Food Handler Certificate (FHC) [Preferred]

Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
