Identifies potential recommendations for process and procedure changes based on monitoring and auditing activities. Independently prepares and quality controls workpapers and other project deliverables. Manages audit procedures for compliance, privacy, and operational audits. Conducts audit and investigation procedures to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations. Prepares audit programs, planning documents, and time budgets for review and approval. Other duties as assigned. Conducts compliance research and analyzes federal and state laws and regulations to synthesize information for leadership. Develops and contributes to presentations and deliverables for key Compliance meetings, including Steering Committee and Board Meetings. Participates in Compliance inquiries and investigations, assisting with initiatives as requested. Contributes to Compliance risk assessment initiatives and programs as directed. Performs and summarizes data analysis for monitoring and auditing activities, inquiries and investigations, risk assessment, or other projects. Prepares and executes project plans related to the annual Compliance Work Plan items, risk assessment initiatives, and special projects.

Bachelor's (Required)

Business, Health Care Administration, or related field.

3+ years of health care compliance experience working in a health care provider compliance or internal audit department, law firm, and/or at a national health care consulting or audit firm [Required]
5+years of health care compliance experience working in a health care provider compliance or internal audit department, law firm, and/or at a national health care consulting or audit firm [Preferred]
