Executes day-to-day social media strategy, content, and campaigns across social platforms. Manages the social media content calendar for regular publishing on social media handles. Plans, writes, and edits social media posts for multiple channels and audiences. Schedules and posts daily content to social media pages. Works with cross-functional teams to build out the editorial calendar. Ensures copy is written in brand voice and imagery/video meets brand standards. Collaborates with internal and external copy, design, and photography/video teams to develop original channel-specific content and execute marketing campaigns. Builds, deploys, tracks, and optimizes social media campaigns to achieve business results. Tracks and communicates the ROI of recruitment digital initiatives and placements. Performs comprehensive analysis of all initiatives, identifying effective areas and areas of opportunity, and proposes recommended changes in strategy. Assists with social media reporting, providing strategic insight to internal teams to guide decision making. Stays ahead of platform developments and emerging trends, and expands into new platforms. Other duties as assigned.

Windows Applications: Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint [Required]
Excellent skills in social media platforms, organic social media, and paid social media [Required]
Experience with real-time analytics [Required]
Obsession with social media in all forms — Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter — and an understanding of why the most popular stuff on those sites became popular [Required]
Have an ability to identify attributes of things people share [Required]
A genuine love for and excitement about the internet [Required]

Bachelor's [Required]

in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or related field

2+ years of experience [Required]

An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
