• Ability to communicate effectively and work with senior executive teams, operations teams, and other stakeholders to analyze, plan, develop and implement assigned initiatives. [Required]

• Proven accomplishment as a driver of multiple programs and projects. [Required]
• Working knowledge of project management, market research & data analytics. [Required]
• Ability to work in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals [Required]
• Professional decision-making and proposing recommendations on short- and long-term strategy development concerning matters of major importance to our leaders [Preferred]

• in Healthcare or Business Administration or related area

• 3+ management experience [Required]
• 5+ healthcare experience [Required]
• 7+ applicable work experience [Required]
• Progressive healthcare leadership experience in a hospital system, ambulatory facilities and employed/private physician practice settings [Preferred]

• N/A

• Project Management Professional (PMP)[Preferred]
• Six Sigma[Preferred]
• Change Management Certification (PROSCI)[Preferred]
