Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0700-1530

Performs effectively in all procedural roles (circulate, monitor, scrub) required in a diagnostic or therapeutic cardiac laboratory team based on the Society of Invasive Cardiovascular Professionals scope of practice.

Plans, develops, and coordinates department activities to ensure efficient operations and high-quality patient care.

Supports and enforces policy and procedure, ensuring safety for self, staff, physicians, and patients.

Manages time and equipment effectively, working as a team member to provide the best possible care to patients.

Practices universal body substance isolation and enforces safety regulations according to hospital policies.

Delivers quality diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional patient care services consistently.

Supports and assists with data collection for process improvement, understanding department performance trends and established standards.

Communicates and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Maintains confidentiality of employees, patients, administration, and medical staff information.

Assists leadership in meeting department budgetary goals and creating budget plans.

Ensures appropriate daily and on-call staffing, managing lab labor expenses in accordance with department budget.

Exhibits a desire to learn and upgrade clinical and leadership skills.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Certain positions are subject to Florida Level 2 background screening, including fingerprinting, as required by state law.
