Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide skilled nursing care to home health and hospice patients
- →Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN/Clinical Supervisor
- →Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- →Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing interventions
- →Educate patients and families on care plans, disease processes, an comfort measures
- →Accurately document all patient care and services
- →Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
- →Support patients and families with compassion, dignity and respect
- Current NV Nursing License in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health or Hospice preferred)
- Familiarity with Professional and Technical Emerging Knowledge
- Problem Solving Skills and Ability to Multitask
- High School Graduate or GED
- Reliable Transportation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Work in a Team Responsibly and Independently
- Compassionate with great Communication Skills
- Ability to Travel within the Service Area
- CPR Certified
- Ability to Pass Drug Screen/Clear Background
