PRN Home Health Registered Nurse

AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate and skilled PRN (as needed) Home Health Registered Nurses to provide exceptional nursing care in patients' homes. This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to balance work with your personal life while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

• →Provide skilled nursing care and assessments to patients in their homes on an as-needed basis.
• →Develop and implement individualized care plans according to physician orders.
• →Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
• →Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• →Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

• →Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• →Minimum one year of home health nursing experience preferred.
• →Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• →Excellent clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills.
• →Ability to work independently and adapt to varying patient needs.
• →CPR certification required.
• →Must pass background check and drug screening.
