Psych Registered Nurse

• →Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs
• →Develop individualized care plans and treatment goals
• →Administer medications and monitor patients' response to treatment
• →Provide counseling and psychoeducation to patients and their families
• →Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• →Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• →Oasis Experience Preferred by Not Required

Requirements:

• →Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
• →Must have 1 year experience in psychiatric nursing
• →Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment modalities
• →Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• →Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• →Compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to patient care
• →Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
