JOB PURPOSE The RSES-D guarantee that construction works are carried out in compliance with project objectives, HSE rules, ISO 14001 requirements, project specifications and technical dossiers, technical requirements, approved cost and schedule targets, with full professional and ethical integrity. He is the Company representative in BONNY JOB DIMENSIONS • Project overall value: ~ 700 MUSD including 157MUSD Drillex • Onshore Package CAPEX: 130 M$ • Direct Report: 8; Indirect report: 14 • Duration / Location o Starting date: Q4 2026 @Nigeria o Location: BONNY Island o Duration: 2 years o Status: Rotational ACTIVITIES RSES-D • Exercise the delegated RSES authority within the assigned perimeter. • Ensure that activities within the delegated perimeter are performed safely and in accordance with applicable HSE rules, procedures and technical references. • Lead each parties towards schedule and performance objectives of the project • Coordinate interfaces between construction, commissioning, production and other simultaneous activities. • Participate in the assessment and control of risks associated with SIMOPS. • Verify that appropriate risk control measures are in place before authorizing work. • Ensure the proper implementation of the Permit to Work system within the delegated perimeter. • Coordinate with the BNAG RSES (Renaissance), and other Operators involved in Onshore Pipeline. Immediately report any significant change to the work program or operating conditions. • Maintain clear communication with Operations, HSE personnel, supervisors and contractors. • Stop or suspend any activity considered unsafe or likely to endanger personnel, facilities or the environment. • Contribute to the management of emergency situations in coordination with the Site RSES and the site emergency response organization. • Coordinate and support all security and community assessments at site Temporary Construction Camp (TCC) security and management • Responsible for the TCC safety and security in coordination with the EPC Contractor and GSF team • Control and manage the POB Health, Safety and Environment Responsibilities (HSE) • Ensure that contractors’ HSE practices are acceptable and that HSE procedures and preventive measures are properly understood and implemented • Ensure that all risks associated with the activities and the operating environment are correctly identified, assessed and incorporated into the planning of the works • Manage and sign the Work permits in his dedicated area (out of process area) • Ensure that construction equipment and resources are compliant, suitable for their intended purpose and properly used by personnel • Ensure that the required controls are correctly and effectively implemented. • Report any anomalies with a minimum target of twenty-five (25) reported anomalies per year and encourage reporting across the Workforce • Enforce implementation of Company Golden Rules • Act on a daily basis in compliance with the project HSE commitments. • Ensure that the Environmental Management System is monitored and implemented in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard Site Team Leadership and Coordination • Lead and coordinate the project team in BONNY for all IMA project packages and across all disciplines. • Ensure effective supervision and control of contractors’ activities throughout the execution of the works to meet objectives of both packages Ensure that the equipment and resources used by contractors comply with: • Site HSE rules • Project specifications • Applicable technical references • Company standards • Applicable legislation and regulatory requirements Construction and SIMOPS Coordination • Coordinate all contractor activities carried out within the IMA project enclosed construction area or under SIMOPS conditions in BNAG, along the Onshore pipeline works or on the shore pull for SURF package works • Manage operational interfaces with the BNAG RSES • Act as the Project Manager’s representative on Site • Serve as the main point of contact for contractors working on the construction Site. Issues and Changes Management • Anticipate and assess the significance and urgency of potential issues. • Obtain the implementation of appropriate corrective actions within the applicable contractual framework. • Submit any variation, change or potential contractual impact to the Project Manager and the relevant management for prior approval. Progress Monitoring and Reporting • Manage the progress of yard work in coordination with the project schedule. • Identify and report schedule deviations, opportunities and propose corrective actions. • Implement schedule reviews and obtain commitment from Contractor and Company teams • Contribute to progress reviews and construction reports Contractor & Project Interface • COMPANY/Project representative on-site. • Participate in daily and weekly coordination meetings. • Participate in engineering reviews and reviewing the documentation • Ensure strict alignment between construction and engineering • Managing interfaces with engineering, procurement, site construction, commissioning teams. • Follow up on technical deviations and contribute to Management (MoC).. CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT Brownfield Modification (BNAG) package will be located onshore at Bonny Island in BNAG plant an NEPL/WAGL facility, operated by Renaissance. Construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning works will be under SIMOPS Onshore Pipeline and Cables package will be located onshore at Bonny Island from south coastal area to BNAG, crossing several facilities from different Operators, including an airstrip facility Job holder will initially be collocated at EPSCC contractor’s location in Nigeria up to Construction of Temporary Construction Camp then construction, modules integration and Commissioning at Bonny Island. ACCOUNTABILITIES • Quality and integrity of the delivered Plant and Pipeline • Budget – Monitor and control the budget, immediately report in case of deviation affecting EFC, define actions to be implemented by Contractor • Schedule - Monitor and control the schedule – immediately report in case of deviation affecting packages and first gas, define actions to be implemented by Contractor • Validate all reports & documents supporting invoices HSE OBJECTIVES • Lead by example: Adopt and demonstrate exemplary H3SE behavior, implement H3SE rules and requirements within his area of responsibility, and ensure they are followed by all his team members. • To adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior regarding the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and to promote and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program within his team. • Familiarize self with TEPNG emergency procedures, carry out assigned responsibilities safely and report any incident, unsafe act, or operation • To verify that H3SE rules are understood and respected on the worksites (H3SE awareness) and to ensure safe working practices are used by Contractors along all phases of project through proactive approach (site tour management, HSE meetings, etc.) • Take steps to achieve the HSE objectives of the Project including Zero Accident objective • Nurture and maintain high level of safety culture within his team, contractors and subcontractors • Ensure all personnel under his/her supervision are well trained and aware of their HSE responsibilities with continuous monitoring. Reinforce or implement Stop Work Authority on project activities across the different yard • Support and enforce the HSE Project objectives and directives. Make safety suggestions, report any anomalies, unsafe acts or conditions observed Requirements Proven experience in Brownfield / SIMOPS projects 4 Strong HSE leadership and authority 4 Progress reporting 3 Good understanding of engineering documents. 4 Strong coordination and interface management skills. 4 Ability to anticipate operational and construction risks and manage priorities in a complex operational environment 4 (Degree of mastery: 1: weak - 2: medium - 3: good - 4: excellent) Professional Experience (number of years) : 15 Very good knowledge of multidisciplinary construction activities.: (number of years): 15
