HOS Specialist

Your responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage driver logs to ensure compliance with HOS regulations;
• Provide guidance and support to drivers regarding HOS rules and logbook issues;
• Communicate directly with U.S. drivers to resolve compliance concerns in real time;
• Collaborate with the Safety Department on audits, inspections, and reporting;
• Identify potential risks and proactively recommend corrective actions;

What we expect:

• Proven experience in the U.S. trucking industry, preferably in Safety/HOS compliance;
• Solid knowledge of Hours of Service regulations (FMCSA);
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain regulations clearly;
• English level B1/B2 or higher to communicate effectively with U.S. drivers;
• Attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving skills;

Work schedule:
Monday to Friday, flexible schedule within Safety Department hours.
