We are looking for a Safety Assistant to support our Safety Department with day-to-day
administrative and compliance tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented,

Your responsibilities:

Assist the Safety Department in handling compliance records and documentation;
Enter, organize, and maintain safety data in Google Sheets, Docs, and company software;
Support HOS Specialists and Safety Managers with administrative tasks;
Learn and adapt to safety software and processes used in the trucking industry;
Multitask across projects, ensuring accuracy and accountability;

What we expect:

Preferred but not required: previous experience in the trucking or logistics industry;
Basic English skills (reading/writing and simple communication)
Proficiency with Google Apps (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
Fast learning ability to adapt to other simple software systems;
Strong multitasking, organization and accountability skills;

Work schedule:
Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 00:00.
