AGE Solutions is looking for a Jr. Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) Documentation Specialist to join our team in support of a cybersecurity risk management and assessment program with our DoD customer. Under supervision, you may perform briefs for all monthly CDS requests, tickets, ad-hoc meetings, and annual reviews presented at the CDTAB, DSAWG, Information Domain, and IRSMC board meetings.
Individuals in this role must be available to work on-site at Ft. Meade, MD for the majority of the workweek.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinate with DISA stakeholders, ISSM, and PM to address non-compliance issues captured in Cybersecurity Scorecard.
- →Inform DISA Senior Leadership, DISA team lead, and cybersecurity stakeholders of all non-compliance issues captured in the Cybersecurity Scorecard.
- →Be the primary briefer for all monthly CDS requests, tickets, ad-hoc meetings, and annual reviews presented at the CDTAB, DSAWG, Information Domain, and IRSMC board meetings.
- →Provide a broad range of technical abilities, knowledge, and skills (i.e., cybersecurity, networking concepts, understanding, general System Architecture) in addition to Cross Domain technology, DMZ architecture, and controlled interfaces.
- →Provide support to the CDTAB Chair on all CDS-related issues/concerns for the CDTAB Secretariat.
- →Execute the CDTAB Strategic goals, including operational and organizational concepts, policy and planning, risk assessment analysis, and vulnerability assessments for all CDTAB-related actions.
- →Identify all issues or topics that require a CDTAB level risk rating decisions in the CDTAB meetings; identify potential/upcoming topics; identify tasking that provides additional information for the CDTAB's consideration and organize and propose issues and topics for consideration at monthly CDTAB meetings.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree (IT-related field preferred)
- Three (3) years of overall experience in cybersecurity or network security position; 2+ years supporting cloud security assessments under DoD, FedRAMP, or NIST frameworks
- Have an active DoD Top Secret clearance
- DoD 8570 IAM/IA Technical (IAT) Level II certification
- Knowledge of Cross Domain Solutions (CDS), DMZ architecture, and controlled interfaces
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, especially NIST RMF, DoD 8500/8510, and related compliance policies
- Proven ability to prepare and present technical documentation, strategic briefings, and governance materials for senior-level DoD boards (e.g., CDTAB, DSAWG, IRSMC)
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and environments (e.g., eMASS, ACAS, HBSS) and working knowledge of vulnerability assessment processes
- Stone customer service skills
Compensation: $65,000+
