• →Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and data analysis.
• →Translate needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and clear acceptance criteria.
• →Collaborate with Engineering and QA to clarify requirements, support implementation, and validate delivered functionality.
• →Model current and future state processes (e.g., BPMN/UML diagrams, flowcharts) and identify improvement opportunities.
• →Support Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, reviews) by ensuring requirements are ready and well understood.
• →Assist with UAT planning and execution: test scenarios, support business users, track issues through resolution.
• →Identify and manage dependencies, assumptions, and risks; communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• →Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing (Confluence or similar).

• →2–4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
• →Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and translating requirements into deliverables.
• →Ability to write clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• →Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; comfort working with complex systems.
• →Strong communication skills and ability to facilitate conversations between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with APIs/integrations and ability to read basic technical documentation.
• Experience with tools such as Jira/Confluence, Miro, Visio, draw.io.
