- As an HR Admin Support, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR Italy department. You will be responsible for various administrative activities related to employee reporting, benefits, and compliance.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality will be essential in this role.
- Italy, hybrid on site in Turin or Remote
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities for Italy, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely follow-up.
- →Maintain and update employee records, reports, and HR documentation in line with local requirements and internal processes.
- →Assist with mandatory employment-related communications and administrative submissions, including areas such as hires, terminations, contract changes, smart working agreements, and workplace accident reporting.
- →Administer or support Italy-specific administrative channels and documentation, including PEC communications, DURC requests, certificates, self-declarations, and company statements.
- →Support the completion of recurring compliance, reporting, and statistical obligations (ISTAT surveys, etc.).
- →Provide operational assistance for timekeeping, employee data updates, and related checks, escalating anomalies or questions where needed.
- →Assist with documentation and reporting related to local training funds or financed training plans, such as Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti, where applicable.
- →Support employees, managers, and internal stakeholders with HR administrative queries, helping route requests appropriately and ensuring a consistent service experience.
- →Adapt to evolving HR processes, tools, and service delivery models, supporting new ways of working and contributing to operational efficiency.
Requirements
~1 min read- Previous experience as HR Admin Support or in a similar role is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
€23,560.00 – €36,813.00 per year
The position is classified at level C2 or C3 according to the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry and Plant Installation – Code C011, which defines minimum salary levels, salary progression, and working conditions.
