• →Develop and maintain the site Master Production Schedule.
• →Convert demand forecasts into executable manufacturing plans.
• →Align production schedules with capacity constraints, material availability, equipment readiness and workforce availability.
• →Lead schedule reviews and planning meetings.
• →Monitor schedule adherence and recovery plans.
• →Identify and communicate production risks.
• →Support inventory optimization while maintaining customer service levels.
• →Coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain., Procurement, Technical Operations, Quality, and Project Management.
• →Prepare planning metrics and management reports.

• Understanding of GMP manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of batch scheduling and campaign planning.
• Familiarity with change control, deviations, and quality impacts on schedule execution.

• 2+ years of production planning, scheduling, or supply chain experience.
• Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing (biopharma, pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar) preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SYSPRO, JDE, Dynamics).
• Experience balancing capacity, materials, labor, and customer demand.
