Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and maintain the site Master Production Schedule.
- →Convert demand forecasts into executable manufacturing plans.
- →Align production schedules with capacity constraints, material availability, equipment readiness and workforce availability.
- →Lead schedule reviews and planning meetings.
- →Monitor schedule adherence and recovery plans.
- →Identify and communicate production risks.
- →Support inventory optimization while maintaining customer service levels.
- →Coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain., Procurement, Technical Operations, Quality, and Project Management.
- →Prepare planning metrics and management reports.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Understanding of GMP manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of batch scheduling and campaign planning.
- Familiarity with change control, deviations, and quality impacts on schedule execution.
Requirements

~1 min read- 2+ years of production planning, scheduling, or supply chain experience.
- Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing (biopharma, pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar) preferred.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SYSPRO, JDE, Dynamics).
- Experience balancing capacity, materials, labor, and customer demand.
- APICS/ASCM CPIM
- CSCP
- PMP (beneficial)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher (optional)
