This is your opportunity to join our dynamic Supply Chain team as a Compliance representative, providing guidance, expertise and services to ensure process and product quality for Global Supply Chain Operations.
A Supply Chain Compliance representative:
- Leads, or contributes to, the design and execution of end-to-end supply chain solutions and strategy including planning, material information, financial flows, inventory management, and logistics, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Leads or participates in multi-function supply chain projects with an emphasis on project planning, supply chain modeling/analysis and optimization of compliance, cost, service and inventory.
- Participates in the design, development and implementation of end-to-end supply chain designs, strategies, models, processes, business intelligence and tools to support business growth in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Identifies gaps and recommends opportunities for improving compliance, efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain.
- Works in conjunction with Information Technology partners to ensure the system framework addresses business requirements.
- Implements, tests, troubleshoots and improves business systems to improve supply chain compliance, quality, efficiency and volume.
- Manages and maintains policies, procedures, processes, and tools in compliance with applicable standards and regulations, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's or equivalent.
- At least 4+ years of experience with supply chain, logistics, quality, manufacturing, or process engineering required.
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems required.
- Experience with quality management systems, ISO 13485, supplier management, and CAPA management strongly preferred.
- Experience with transportation compliance, dangerous goods management, hazardous material management, and IATA or similar certification strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
