Electrical Mechanical Supervisor

The Electromechanical Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical systems and equipment. You will ensure that all operations comply with safety standards and project specifications at Agility.

• →Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance and repair technicians involved in electromechanical systems.
• →Oversee the installation of new equipment and ensure that it is operational and meets specifications.
• →Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of electromechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• →Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
• →Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, ensuring that all equipment remains in good working order.
• →Collaborate with other departments to manage projects and ensure timely completion.
• →Report and document maintenance activities, troubleshooting steps, and any issues that arise.
• →Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, maintaining a safe work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical systems maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and related technologies.
• Relevant certifications in maintenance or electrical fields are preferred.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
• Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and engage with various stakeholders.
