As the most trusted global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, Agiloft helps organizations manage the end-to-end process of proposing, negotiating, signing, and leveraging contracts using our flexible Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP). With contract data as the foundation, customers quickly and collaboratively reach agreement and leverage contract visibility to thrive with competitive advantage. Employing powerful, pragmatic artificial intelligence as a legal force multiplier, and robust integration capabilities as a data liberator, organizations around the world trust Agiloft’s certified implementers to deliver connected, intelligent, and autonomous solutions across the entire contract lifecycle.

Top analysts like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC agree, all showing Agiloft as a leader in the CLM space. Our no code platform is easily managed and administered by business users, which is why Agiloft is the contract you keep: nearly a full 100% of new customers are satisfied with their initial implementations, and some 97% of customers renew every year. Ours is a growing, vibrant, successful company that is at the forefront of a market that is becoming a must-have for all organizations.

We believe that the way to build the strongest, most vibrant place to work is to bring in individuals from all walks of life, and to support them in bringing their authentic selves to their day, every day. Our working philosophy is that “EX = CX”: when employee experience is excellent, so is customer experience. We support multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and offer a working environment that supports healthy work/life balance, including floating holidays and a quarterly, no-questions-asked wellness day.

We are seeking a senior procurement practitioner to help shape the future of procurement-driven contract lifecycle management, ecosystem integrations, and AI-powered procurement workflows. This is a strategic, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of the customer, the product, and the market.

As a Procurement SME, you will be the authentic voice of the procurement practitioner inside Agiloft—bringing real source-to-pay (S2P) operational credibility to our product strategy, sales motions, customer implementations, and ecosystem partnerships. You will help Agiloft speak the language of procurement leaders, define the use cases that matter most to them, and translate procurement operational realities into platform capabilities that drive measurable value.

As a senior individual contributor, you will use deep practitioner expertise and independent judgment to translate between procurement stakeholders and Agiloft teams, helping each function understand how procurement processes, priorities, and technology operate in real-world environments. You will influence across functions without formal authority and help connect customer and market needs with Agiloft capabilities.

Success in this role is reflected in stronger procurement relevance across Agiloft—product capabilities grounded in real practitioner needs, greater credibility with procurement buyers, procurement workflows that customers can successfully operationalize, and stronger alignment across the broader source-to-pay ecosystem.

Product Strategy and Use Cases

  • Define high-value, procurement-centric use cases and workflows that anchor the product roadmap.

  • Translate procurement operational needs, pain points, and processes into clear use cases and workflow requirements that Product can evaluate and act upon.

  • Advise and partner with product management to guide procurement-related product strategy and roadmap priorities.

  • Apply deep S2P practitioner expertise to help Product evaluate how proposed capabilities and workflows would operate in real-world procurement environments.

  • Provide practitioner perspective on procurement workflows, technology considerations, and operational implications throughout product discussions.

Buyer Credibility and Sales Support

  • Support new-logo acquisition and procurement-focused sales motions.

  • Lend practitioner credibility to strategic prospect conversations, helping teams win larger enterprise procurement opportunities.

  •  Engage procurement buyers in the language of their operating realities, priorities, and challenges.

  • Help sales teams translate Agiloft capabilities into procurement-relevant use cases and outcomes that resonate with procurement stakeholders.

  • Provide practitioner perspective on complex procurement questions, workflows, and technology considerations that emerge during prospect conversations.

Consumption Workflow Adoption & Customer Enablement

  • Partner with Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) efforts to directly implement procurement workflows with customers.

  • Bring practitioner judgment to customer workflow discussions, helping translate procurement requirements and operating realities into practical implementations.

  • Work with Professional Services to train and guide best practices for procurement customer implementations.

  • Provide procurement context and expertise that helps implementation teams understand the intent, dependencies, and operational considerations behind procurement workflows.

  • Work with Customer Success Managers to build procurement knowledge and create scalable, reusable assets that deepen adoption and expansion.

GTM Thought Leadership and Market Presence

  • Strengthen Agiloft’s procurement thought leadership and conference presence.

  • Represent Agiloft as a credible procurement voice at industry events and in market-facing content.

  • Translate complex procurement concepts, challenges, and trends into perspectives that resonate with procurement audiences.

  • Partner with Marketing to bring practitioner context and real-world procurement relevance to procurement-focused content and messaging.

  • Contribute subject-matter expertise that helps Agiloft communicate credibly with procurement leaders and the broader procurement market.

Alliances Ecosystem & Partner Alignment

  • Partner with Alliances to develop ecosystem strategy and generate hypotheses on technology-partner integrated workflows.

  • Bring S2P practitioner expertise to discussions about how CLM fits within broader procurement technology environments and workflows.

  • Help identify procurement use cases and workflow considerations relevant to potential technology-partner integrations.

  • Provide practitioner perspective on how procurement teams interact with technologies across the S2P landscape and where integrated workflows can create value.

  • Improve ecosystem integration and partner alignment across the source-to-pay landscape.

Leverage AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support day-to-day activities

Other duties as assigned
