About the Role
~1 min read· Help develop and lead the global content marketing strategy to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate demand
· Create, edit, and optimize a wide range of content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, emails, landing pages, and social media assets
· Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for diverse audiences
· Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Jasper, Copy.ai, Grammarly, Surfer SEO, etc.) to accelerate content production while ensuring originality, creativity, and high quality
· Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and sales teams to align content with business goals
· Influence SEO/GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategy: perform keyword research, optimize content for search and generative engines, and track content performance
· Manage editorial calendars, enforce brand tone/voice, and ensure consistency across all channels
· Measure and report on content performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
~1 min read· Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field
· 5+ years of experience in content marketing, specifically for a US-based B2B Saas/PaaS vendor in:
· Conversational AI
· Real-time communications (RTC) platforms
· Developer tools and platforms
· API-first products
· Cloud infrastructure & platforms
· Data & integration platforms
· ML/AI platforms and infra
· Proven track record of producing high-quality content for global audiences. Candidate must provide a portfolio of content upon application.
· Demonstrated expertise in using AI tools to ideate, draft, edit, and optimize content
· Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
· Ability to maintain a working schedule that provides at least 3–4 hours of overlap with the US Pacific Time (PT) business day for synchronous collaboration
· Exceptional native-level written and verbal English communication skills
· Ability to distill complex technical topics into accessible, engaging content
· Experience managing contributors (in-house or freelance) and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have

· Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
· Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
