We are passionate about what we do and driven by curiosity. We believe that learning and innovation are the foundation for transforming the future of agriculture. Our focus is on cutting‑edge genetic development, creating solutions that make a difference in the field and in the global market.

Our DNA not only guides us but also connects us: we work with empathy, transparency, and respect, ensuring agile and flexible operations. Here, you are the protagonist of your career, because we believe every individual plays an essential role in building something greater.

If you are passionate about learning and want to be part of evolving agriculture, GDM is the right place for you!

You didn’t choose agriculture to sit on the sidelines. Neither should your internship.

At GDM, you won’t just learn about marketing—you’ll experience it. Work alongside experienced professionals, take on meaningful projects, and see how marketing connects to our business, customers, and the future of agriculture.

Bring your curiosity, creativity, and passion for agriculture. We’ll give you the opportunity to put them to work.

During this 12-week internship, you’ll become part of the GDM North America Marketing Communications team while gaining exposure to AgriGold, Mustang Seeds, Corporate Communications and cross-functional partners. You’ll see how the pieces of a seed business come together—and discover the many career paths available in agriculture and marketing.

Along the way, you’ll strengthen practical skills in networking, project management, event planning and execution, communication and collaboration while receiving ongoing feedback, coaching and support from experienced professionals.
