EHS Manager

At Sensient, we consider the health and safety of people and respect for the environment as key values ​​in fulfilling our mission. To support this, we are looking for a seasoned EHS Manager for Saint-Ouen l’Aumône (Val d’Oise) site. 

You understand the broad nature of EHS challenges, are used to bringing up solutions and convincing other departments to follow your guidance. This makes you the EHS expert for us. You love to influence the quality and safety of our colleagues and products, and you will create a sustainable environment for our common future.

You will be part of a site employing approximately 160 people dedicated to the design, manufacture, storage and distribution of chemical products for the cosmetics market; the site is subject to ICPE authorization and has been certified ISO 14001 since 2016.

• →Ideally a Masters’ degree in an engineering or scientific field
• →Proven, strong and extensive EHS work experience gained in an industrial environment, ideally within the chemical industry
• →Full command of French, plus business fluency in English (written and spoken)
• →Knowledge of regulations (Labor Code, Environmental Code)
• →A clear preference for fieldwork and aptitude for coaching and mentoring colleagues 
• →Strong interpersonal / leadership skills to interact with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
• →Well-organized with strong analytical and synthesis skills
