Sales Support Coordinator, Pharma Europe

As our Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in delivering a great customer experience — from the first order to the ongoing relationship.

You’ll work closely with Sales and Distribution to solve customer requests, support pricing and accounts, keep data on track, and build relationships that keep customers coming back.

• →Provide timely reply to customer inquiries, (e.g. on quotation, pricing, lead time, product availability) and manage customer complaints
• →Provide product related standard documentation
• →Maintain communication on all customer related topics with Account Managers, and provide daily support to them
• →Indicate, initiate and lead continuous improvement of sales related processes 
• →Support in the timely closure of sample requests and shipments
• →Perform master data management (customer, pricing)

• You bring initial work experience in an office-based role, in an international environment 
• Your communication and negotiation skills help you to build relationships and enables you to convince your in/external customers
• You know how to use MS Office and ideally have some experience with Salesforce
• You have fluent English skills (written, oral). Other European languages are advantageous
• Your personality reflects the customer contacts part of your role. You are goal- and customer-oriented, reliable and known for seeing things through
