  Leads the Sweet, Savory and Beverages Application Labs.

  Work closely with internal and external customers.

  Organizes and conducts customer presentations 

• →

  Works closely with the Flavorists and the Sensory Lab to validate flavors on applications

  Will lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of objectives and development of suitable methodologies.

  Works on new product ideas and customer requirements, comes up with creative alternatives.

  Creates new formulation systems (item and specifications).

• →

  Provides training and guidance in product development.

• Ability to independently scope projects and develop solutions for projects, including the ability to diagnose issues and troubleshoot and communicate the results to customers.
