  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for assigned categories, including Installation Materials & Accessories (IMA) and resilient chemical raw materials, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supply chain strategies.
  • Lead RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, and sourcing initiatives in partnership with the Global Sourcing team to ensure material specifications, supplier quality requirements, capacity, and commercial objectives are achieved.
  • Negotiate pricing, commercial agreements, terms and conditions, and long-term supply strategies with domestic and international suppliers to deliver cost savings, supply continuity, and value.
  • Serve as a trusted procurement advisor to Product Management, R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, and Supply Chain by providing market intelligence, supplier insights, and sourcing recommendations.
  • Develop supplier performance scorecards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor quality, delivery, service, innovation, and cost performance.
  • Build collaborative supplier relationships that foster innovation, continuous improvement, and mutually beneficial business partnerships while balancing business priorities and customer needs.
  • Lead supplier performance reviews and development initiatives to improve quality, reduce defects, optimize costs, and strengthen supplier capabilities.
  • Analyze category spend, market trends, commodity drivers, and supplier performance to develop and execute category strategies, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate supply risk.
  • Lead contract negotiations, coordinate negotiation strategies, conduct supplier due diligence, and ensure compliance with company policies and commercial requirements.
  • Benchmark procurement best practices internally and externally to drive continuous improvement and support the development of a world-class procurement organization.
  • Monitor supply markets, commodity trends, tariffs, and geopolitical risks to proactively identify supply chain disruptions and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, or accounting or equivalent with related experience in the procurement field.
  • Minimum of 5 years procurement experience required.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute category strategies, strategic sourcing initiatives, and supplier negotiations.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate total cost of ownership, market trends, and supply chain risks.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management, contract management, supplier relationship management (SRM), and the procure-to-pay process.
  • Understanding of commodity markets, supplier performance metrics, and cost drivers affecting manufacturing supply chains.
  • Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification and drug screening.
  • Positive and Verifiable Work History.
  • Prior experience in Manufacturing Procurement or Raw Materials.
  • Prior experience in the wood or resilient flooring industry.
  • <20% of travel expected
