Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage and support system infrastructure and operations
- →Coordinate IT activities and oversee technical support
- →Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
- →Collaborate with internal and external technology teams
- →Support installation and maintenance of systems and software
- →Ensure secure transmission and management of data
- →Prepare reports on system performance
- →Assist with technology improvements and IT projects
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
- 3+ years of IT management or systems support experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills
- Experience with system infrastructure and integrations preferred
