Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage job postings, sourcing, and candidate screening
- →Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies
- →Coordinate interviews and support candidate selection
- →Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
- →Maintain applicant records within ATS systems
- →Support HR compliance and documentation audits
- →Assist with HR administrative tasks and recruiting initiatives
Qualifications
- →Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required
- →3–5 years of HR or recruitment experience required
- →Experience with ATS, HRIS, or recruiting platforms
- →Strong communication and organizational skills
- →Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
