We are looking for Agency Experience, Specialist who is responsible for planning and executing agency trips, events, recognition programs, and engagement campaigns to enhance agency experience, support sales activation, and motivate Agents and Leaders toward higher business performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Agency Trips & Events
Plan and execute agency incentive trips, conferences, recognition events, conventions, and engagement activities.
Develop event concepts, agendas, participant experiences, communications, and execution plans aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate with vendors, and travel partners to ensure smooth delivery of events and trips within budget and quality standards.
Manage event logistics, including venue, accommodation, transportation, registration, catering, event production, and onsite operations.
Collaborate with Brand, Communications, Digital, and other stakeholders to deliver consistent and engaging participant experiences.
2. Agency Campaigns & Engagement Programs
Support the planning and execution of agency campaigns and sales activation programs.
Manage engagement activities related to initiatives such as MDRT activation, rookie programs, lead generation, upselling campaigns, recognition programs, and sales contests.
Develop communication materials and engagement plans to maximize participation and campaign effectiveness.
3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Work closely with Agency Distribution, Marketing, Communications, and other stakeholders to deliver assigned projects.
Liaise with event agencies, travel partners, production and other vendors to ensure quality execution and cost effectiveness.
Prepare project decks, presentations, event briefings, and management updates.
4. Event Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Conduct post-event and post-campaign evaluations, including participant feedback and performance analysis.
Prepare event reports and recommendations for future improvements.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and agency engagement practices to continuously enhance participant experiences.
5. Other Responsibilities
Support agency and marketing initiatives such as product launches, virtual events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
Undertake additional projects and responsibilities assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or related disciplines.
Minimum 6 years of experience in event management, incentive travel, campaign execution, or related fields.
Experience managing large-scale events, conferences, trips, or sales engagement programs.
Experience in insurance, financial services, event agency, retail, or BTL environments is an advantage.
Strong project planning and execution skills.
Good stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Effective problem-solving and execution mindset.
Good presentation and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Comfortable working under pressure and managing changing priorities.
Open-minded, adaptable, and digitally savvy.
Willing to travel and work flexible hours when required.
