About the Role

~1 min read- Collaborate with the Agency Business/Strategic Development team across nationwide regions.
- Strategically plan and position key initiatives, products, and campaigns for comprehensive coverage.
- Ensure the achievement of production, recruitment, active agents, and Advisory targets.
- Utilize data to identify insights and trends for informed decision-making.
- Diagnose the current situation and drive the execution of crucial strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market intelligence activities, including focus groups and on-ground feedback.
- Provide valuable insights to internal teams, such as Agency Business Partner and Product Marketing.
- Collaborate closely with Takaful, General Insurance, and PRS/Mortgage teams.
- Leverage expertise as a dedicated product/campaign specialist.
- Drive cross-selling initiatives and ensure alignment with THS/TWS Strategy.
- Manage day-to-day BAU activities.
- Coordinate Advisory & Healthier, Longer, Better Agency (HLBA) roadshow across nationwide regions
- Provide guidance to Agency Business/Strategic Development team to integrate digital tools for a significant operational impact.
- Act as a key member of the Nexus Project.
- Assist in implementing Nexus initiatives.
- Collect valuable feedback from branch Agency Business Development, Agency Strategic Development teams and the Life Planner/Agency force.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's Degree from any fields of study from a recognized University.
- At least 3 years of work experience in agency business, acceleration, and/or strategic planning & development field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently with minimal guidance and monitoring to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Analytical and proactive.
- Strong analytical skills, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Able to collaborate with other teams to drive positive outcomes.
