About the Role

~1 min readDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with Agency Leaders to achieve regional recruitment targets.
Leverage company-provided technology platforms and the Elite Academy ecosystem to track and enhance Life Planners’ performance.
Conduct in-depth analysis of recruitment quality and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Enhance productivity and efficiency across the agency force by aligning initiatives with segmentation strategies.
Conduct regular field visits to gather insights, support strategic planning, and address branch-level challenges.
Work closely with Operations, Agency Records, Recruitment, Compliance, Legal, and Actuarial teams to support and strengthen agency business operations.
Serve as a liaison between the company and agency force, facilitating effective communication and resolving conflicts professionally.
Foster a high-performance culture and implement people systems that support sustainable business growth.
Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support sales development and operational requirements.
Requirements

Professional insurance qualifications such as AMII, ACII, or AAII are advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general insurance or marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Strong interpersonal skills; outgoing, resourceful, and able to engage effectively across all levels.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a creative and innovative mindset.
