• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and ensure timely, accurate reporting on Corporate Solutions businesses, including but not limited to daily production, important metric progress, contest/convention, monthly targets, operation reports, customer claim usage etc. as well as management reports.
• Prepare and generate regular or ad-hoc important metric/activity reports in a timely manner
• Prepare, maintain and update documented procedures and functional specifications
• Coordinate users’ requirement for report generation requests, as well as work closely with IT and Hong Kong team on implementation.

• Cooperative, responsible detail minded person with a positive attitude, able to manage stress and work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
